Plumber True Services does not directly perform plumbing work unless specifically stated in writing. The independent service provider is responsible for evaluating the job, providing pricing, obtaining permits, maintaining required licenses and insurance, performing the work, collecting payment, and handling warranties or service concerns.

By submitting a service request, you authorize Plumber True Services to share your information with an independent plumbing provider who may contact you regarding scheduling, service options, and pricing.

Submitting a request does not guarantee provider availability, a specific arrival time, or a particular price. Customers should review the provider’s license information, estimate, service terms, and warranty before approving work.
